Student Application Form

• • All Fees must be paid in advance for each course and are not refundable under any circumstances.
• • The Course books and other material will be issued to the student only on receipt of all dues.
• • The parent/guardian undertakes to indemnify BRAINEX EDUCATION from and all its agents/employees from any claims arising from injury loss or damage caused to the student during the period of study, visits to BrainEx competitions, presentation or demonstration
• • The students must behave well in the class. Parents will be held directly responsible for any damage to property and injury to others caused by their children.

I have read / been explained all the rules and regulations of the BrainEx Learning Centre and hereby agree to abide by them.
